[:it]Spirited Awards 2020, we're here too: here are the competing Italian cocktail bars[:]

[:en]Surprising everyone, both industry insiders and otherwise, the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation announced on April 14th that the Spirited Awards, the competition that searches for the best players in world mixology every year, will not be postponed despite the ongoing pandemic.

Since its inception in 2007, the competition has become among the most famous worldwide thanks above all to a very broad structure that includes different categories of prizes, from that for American cocktail bars to that for international cocktail bars, from journalists to ambassadors , so that the beverage universe is represented in all its nuances.

This year's Spirited Awards saw a record number of entries across all categories, reflecting the growing interest of cocktail bars around the world in the competition. The Foundation recently announced the top 10 regional awards, divided into regions of the United States (East, Central and West) and International (Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Americas (Canada, Latin America) America and Caribbean).

There are several Italian cocktail bars that will compete in the different categories:

The top 10 in each category will be announced on May 4, 2020, while the finalists will be announced on June 1. The winners will be announced on June 25th.
